Spectral Rhapsody is owned and operated by Dawn Seaman and family. I have been a sheltie lover, owner and breeder for 20 years, and bring these years of knowledge into my breeding program specializing in some of the rarer sheltie colors. We share a love for all furry friends but are hopelessly devoted to shelties and more recently to pomeranians and miniature schnauzers as well. I have fallen in love with these two breeds over the last few years grooming them at my grooming shop.
We sell our puppies to pet homes as limited registration pets and to approved homes with full breeding rights. We also provide stud services for approved girls. Spectral Rhapsody raises all puppies in home with children and other pets so they are well socialized when going to their new homes.
